Referrals and clinic appointments
Choose the right route for your care. Records requests, diagnostic referrals and clinic-review bookings are separate processes.
Public-system electrophysiology referrals
If electrophysiology testing is to be performed in the public system at Sydney Eye Hospital, your GP or treating specialist must send the referral directly to Sydney Eye Hospital.
Please do not send these referrals to AODI. AODI will not forward them, as the hospital does not accept this referral pathway via AODI.
Ask your referring clinician to confirm the hospital’s current referral process. A records request does not submit a referral or book testing.
Clinic-review appointments
A clinic review is separate from electrophysiology testing and records requests.

- Private consultation: call (02) 9418 1488 to discuss costs and arrange an appointment.
Professor Peter McCluskey

The receiving practice or hospital must confirm your appointment.
